Blue Christmas Tree
We have a blue Christmas tree in the front of the sanctuary. It will be lit each Sunday in memory of loved ones who are no longer with us. If you would like to take a tag, write their name(s) on it, and hang it on this tree, we will pray for you and them this Christmas. The tags will be on the stand beside the tree. Please take “A Blue Christmas Tree Prayer” with you.
CAPCO Giving Tree
This Christmas we are again helping CAPCO give their children a great Christmas by giving each child a gift. The giving tree is in the Narthex. It has colorful tags on it with "boy" or "girl" and their age. Please take as many tags as you want to, attach the tag to the gift, and place your gift under the tree. Please do not wrap them. They have the parents select a gift for their child and wrap it themselves. If possible, please bring your gifts to the church by Sunday, December 18 as their Christmas party is that week. CAPCO will still accept gifts through December 23 for those families who were unable to attend their Christmas party.
Poinsettias for Christmas
If you would like to bring a poinsettia to decorate our church for the Advent and Christmas season, you may do so on Sunday 12/11 or Sunday 12/18. Please put your name on a slip of paper and put it in the plant so you will get your own plant back. We would like you to leave these poinsettias through Christmas Eve or Christmas Sunday. Thank you for sharing them with us!
